about

Tropical Blap is a heat-soaked EP combining field-recordings, analog synths and blapping future beats. Tropical Blap investigating the influence of country on one's sound and therefore features field-recordings from Monk Fly's birth place of Zambia and his country of residence, Australia. Written during the southern hemisphere summer of 2012, this is an abstract futuristic beat accompaniment for the summer of 2013.
